Why We Started APAC Gas

APAC Gas was founded to give Australian businesses a genuine alternative in the industrial gas market. We believed customers should not feel locked into a supplier when they are dissatisfied with service, delivery reliability, ordering processes or pricing. Businesses deserve choice, responsive support and a supplier that works to earn their trust.

We saw that ordering and managing industrial gas cylinders was often more difficult than it needed to be. Customers could experience uncertain delivery times, complicated ordering processes, limited visibility over their orders and difficulty accessing important information such as delivery records, account statements and cylinder holdings.

APAC Gas was built around making this experience simpler and more transparent. Through our iOS and Android mobile applications and online customer portal, customers can place orders, schedule future deliveries, update their account details and review their order history from their phone or computer. Orders can be tracked from acceptance and processing through to delivery, giving customers greater visibility at every stage.

We also focus on operating efficiently so that we can remain competitive and pass those efficiencies on to our customers. Our goal is to build APAC Gas into a trusted and reliable industrial gas supplier that businesses can confidently depend on.
